        You may be hearing a lot about mindfulness as it seems to be a buzz word lately. Maybe you've tried to do some meditating and have given up or felt frustrated at trying your best to live mindfully. Perhaps you've never practiced mindfulness and would like to begin. Or you might be that meditator who could use support to bring your practice to a new level.  As a Trained Mindfulness Facilitator from UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center and a Certified Mindfulness Teacher through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, I'm here to help you.
